Love Sonic. Wish we had one closer to home.

Messed up our order a bit, but overall it was alright. It's a Sonic, not a high class restaurant. Good all tasted well, so that was a plus. Relatively quick service, so no complaint there. Overall...meh.

Very slow. Waited 20 mins for a S M& M blast. M&Ms only in top 1/4 of ice cream. Server was friendly.

Alway stop here on my way back to Woodbridge with me daughter to get our sugar high. Today they forgot our mints.

It took a long time for them to take the order. The young lady taking the order wasn't listening and got a detail wrong on my son's burger that could have caused an allergic reaction if we didn't catch it ourselves. Otherwise, the food was warm and delicious.

Fast food, fair service, reasonable prices.

I came here for a bit of nostalgia. I wasn't disappointed as I left with a burger and slushy that tasted just as amazing as I remember them being.

We just spent almost $60.00 on food at Sonic near Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg. They offer no drink carrier so of course spilled drink in the car and the French fries were old and cold. Yuck, not a regular Sonic visitor, not sure I’ll become one!

Food is always good. You order your food outside and they bring it to your car. Cute.

It would have been great if they hadn't for got my burger!!! My kids got their food my husband got his food but of course mine got left behind, and why is it that food is always forgotten when it's the drive thru, if we had been at the pull up, ordered, everything would have been in the bag. Ok rant over but the hunger lingers on.....

Asked for honey mustard when ordered. Did not get it on delivery. Pushed button and asked again. Waited a while. Gave up and left. They were not busy.

Lower cost on fruit..vegan selections more please

Definitely appreciate they were open Christmas Day. Service was great.

Great food, high-ish prices. I recommend the burgers and mozzarella sticks. Just be ready to spend ~$15 for that whole meal.

Sonic USED 2 be Great BUT I had 2 go INSIDE 2 talk 2 manager as we got ripped off PLUS we had 2 go back atound drivethru 2 get napkins & condiments!! This is 1 on Rochambeau by Walmart. Will be calling TOP manager 2moro!!!

Usually quick service but sometimes I think they understaff during peak times. Also some of the younger people they hire are rude as heck. I come for they happy hour slushies and chicken sandwich or wraps. Best fries anywhere.

I only come here while I'm in Williamsburg Virginia for the Walmart Academy class for Managers. I do not go to any other Sonic unless it's with my family in South Boston Virginia. However, my colleagues and I have been here for a few times per our visit and must say for the price, I'm big on that, the portions was just right and had no complaints on the food. I was tired and was actually energized when I got back to class and felt satisfied that I had a good lunch for under $20. Stay on point and you will have my business compared to others every trip I make to the Walmart Academy and I will be back again on another manager class soon. :->

Love the 1/2 price shakes after 8pm

Typical fast food joint. The food's not that good, prices are average but the wait staff is good.

It's Sonic, that's good enough for me! One of the best places to get a quality tater tot. I love the new screens that let you know when your order is on the way. Stay away from the Cinnabon breakfast nonsense and you'll be fine.

OK they kept messing up my order and it wasn't the first time but I really like it after calling and complaining about it didn't know it was so hard not to put pickles and tomatoes on it I did go back and they did it right. Hope they keep it up

Nice and clean facility. They have an outdoor eating space, and also have a few picnic tables in a grassy area beneath some trees too.

It's Sonic. It was late so they took their time taking our order. But the when the food arrived it was hot and fresh!

Very disappointed. Waited 25 minutes for melted milkshakes. Ordered at 10 pm, by 10:22 I finally got out of the car and saw our drinks just sitting on their counter and the person filling orders talking on her cell phone. I honestly think if I didn’t walk up to the building and the girl didn’t see me, we would’ve waited another 20 mins for our drinks to be brought out. Got no apology from the girl, much less some kind of offer to make up for how long we waited for just shakes...not even food, just shakes. Will not be going back.

Place was clean. Staff was nice. Food was brought out shortly after the order which is a plus since most places around this area like sonic take a while. Food was good. Highly recommend for anyone going on a road trip or just a quick lunch.

Great food as always and a clean eating area. Service is fast and the food was amazing, I always stop here when traveling to Virginia Beach.

I love the shakes so delicious and too many flavors to choose from. the prices are decent if u catch it during happy hour. overall great place to check out.

Great food and good customer service. It appears to me this sonic should hire more people. I see the workers running from the drive-in window, to the cars to deliver food. Doesn't seem fair for them. I felt bad.

Fast service, Good food.

Normally, I haven't had significant issues with this Sonic. However any restaurant that refuses to staff their shifts appropriately doesn't deserve to be open. I pulled up, spend 15 minutes nursing my son while waiting for someone to take my order. Then the person told me that ANY order would take at least 15 min because of them being under staffed. It's memorial day weekend, and restaurants like that should expect an increase of customers, especially in a tourist town. Thus the should be staffed apppropriately. Even though the workers are nice, the management needs to know how to schedule correctly since this is not the first time this has happened.

Great location, next to Lowe's and Walmart. Easy for us to park and walk across as we were pulling our camper. Plus, we could get the dogs out and let them sit on the shaded patio with us. Service was fast and got the order correct (hold the onions on one, hold the mustard on another). The only negative was the cleanliness of the restroom. Otherwise, fine stop for a quick lunch.

Had just about given up on this place, due to the miserable quality of food they kept putting out, but decided to give it a try for the first time in a while. Still terrible, doubt I'll be back, don't waste your time, money and possibly hour health.

Food was good but not for the pice I got a chicken sandwich with cheese fries in an Oreo shake and it was almost as much as a restaurant meal the wait was okay and the service was very friendly but don't think that I'll be going back because of the prices

Supersonic burrito was amazing! Service was fast and easy

They hot my order wrong and tried to fix it but got it wrong again. Food is good but you have to deal with what you get. I didn't bother asking to fix it again because I saw a woman getting a refund because they failed her order 5 times 🤷‍♀️

We had a really big order coming from Great Wolf Lodge and they only missed the sauce!

I mean, fast food is fast food. And Sonic is pretty good. The service was on point, though.

Slushies all around. They were super quick. I made myself look like an idiot though... the man brought us our drinks, and I wanted to say thank you very much, but I panicked and out blurted "Thank you a lot." My wife and kids all laughed at me and I was sad on the inside. But the slush made me feel MUCH better. Grape is the way to go. Go there and get great treats.

Very fun place for kids. Specially in winter.

The food was good but the staff was caught way short it was busy due to a back up on the highway and the additional business and short staff made for a miserable lunch my order was wrong but I didn't want wait 20 more minutes for a replacement oh when ordering we were prompted to not order due to the length of the turn around. Overall a failure as there no visible manager and most of the servers where in high school. Staff your business accordingly.
